Vz. 58 Bolt Carrier - Left Side Charging Handle

The left-side charging handle bolt carrier is new production by Czech Small Arms. Finish on bolt carriers is the same black baked-on paint found on Czech Small Arms vz. 58s. Current CSA vz. 58 production uses a black finish that is more matte while the earlier D-Technik manufactured vz. 58s possess a gloss black finish.   

AVAILABLE IN BLACK COLOR ONLY - NOT IN GRAY COLOR. 

Like all bolt carriers found on Czech Small Arms (and D-Technik) vz. 58s, the left-side charging handle bolt carrier possesses the push-down plate.  The push down plate eliminates the issue of the striker failing to catch the sear while shooting (commonly called the 'Gremlin').

The left-side charging handle bolt carrier is not a regularly manufactured part by Czech Small Arms. CSA makes a run of left-side charging handle bolt carriers only a few times a year and we feel fortunate to have imported a small quantity of these bolt carriers. Just a heads-up that we may experience periods of time when these bolt carriers are out of stock.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE CHARGING HANDLE: 

WE HAVE RECEIVED QUESTIONS ASKING IF THE LEFT SIDE CHARGING HANDLE HAS BEEN WELDED ONTO THE BOLT CARRRIER.  THE ANSWER IS ABSOLUTELY 'NO.'  THE ENTIRE LEFT SIDE CHARGING HANDLE BOLT CARRIER HAS BEEN MACHINED FROM ONE PIECE OF STEEL.  THERE IS NO WELDING PERFORMED WHATSOEVER ON THE BOLT CARRIER.

* Left-side charging handle bolt carrier CAN be used with the LPM-1H mount (handle will not contact mount).

* Left-side charging handle bolt carrier can NOT be used with the ISC Riser Mount (handle WILL contact mount). 

ATTENTION CENTURY VZ2008 OWNERS

CZECHPOINT WAS ABLE TO TEST THE LEFT-SIDE CHARGING HANDLE BOLT CARRIER ON A VZ2008 RIFLE.  FIT AND FUNCTION WAS EXCELLENT AND THE CARRIER ELIMINATED THE 'GREMLIN' PROBLEM ON THE VZ2008.  WITH THAT SAID, VZ2008 RIFLES CAN VARY IN TOLERANCCE SO BE PREPARED FOR ANY HANDFITTING TO FIT THE VZ2008.
