The Vz.58 Liberty 556CSM by Czech Small Arms (CSA) is purpose-built for states with laws restricting detachable magazines—specifically designed for compliant sale in California, New York, Connecticut, and Washington. This model features a non-readily detachable magazine system via a factory-installed magazine block, making it legal without compromising the classic Vz.58 quality and performance.
This variant includes a 16.15” chrome-lined, hammer-forged barrel, CSA’s patented push-down bolt carrier plate for enhanced reliability, and a side rail installed with permanent threadlocker for optics mounting. Its TactLite six-position collapsible stock, polymer furniture, and durable semi-gloss black finish make it both compliant and combat-ready.
Owners relocating to unrestricted states can later replace the magazine block with a standard catch/release (sold separately), giving the Liberty model added flexibility.
