Includes the following:
- Czech Small Arms Sight Rail Adapter
- Rear Sight Base Cover (replaces vz. 58 rear sight)
- Mounting Screw

Important Note: Century vz2008 rifles may or may not have fitting issues with this adapter. Please be prepared to modify the adapter to fit the vz2008.
