Enhance your VZ. 61 pistol with this folding stock and mounting plate combo, manufactured to original military specifications. This stock system provides authentic styling and functionality for your VZ. 61 platform, but installation requires strict compliance with NFA regulations.
Installation Requirements:
- Only attach the mounting plate to your VZ. 61 receiver after Form 1 approval.
- If your receiver does not have pre-drilled and threaded holes, professional gunsmithing (drilling/tapping) is required. CzechPoint USA does not provide this service.

Important Legal Notice:
- The folding stock cannot be shipped with a VZ. 61 pistol. Do not order this stock and a VZ. 61 pistol together unless you are an FFL with SOT. Orders placed together will result in a 15% restocking fee.
- Attaching the stock without an approved ATF Form 1 or Form 4 creates an illegal short-barreled rifle (SBR), which is a felony offense.
- If you possess a VZ. 61 pistol, stock, and mounting plate simultaneously without approval, you may be in “constructive possession” of an unregistered SBR. Store components separately until your Form 1 has been approved.
This combo is the proper way to legally configure your VZ. 61 into an SBR once you have received ATF approval.
