NOTE: Adapter plate must be purchased to attach this folding stock to the vz. 61 lower receiver.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS:
THE FOLDING STOCK WILL NOT BE SHIPPED WITH THE VZ. 61 PISTOL (FFLs with SOT are exempt). DO NOT ORDER THE VZ. 61 STOCK AND THE VZ. 61 PISTOL TOGETHER. IF YOU ORDER THE STOCK AND VZ. 61 PISTOL TOGETHER, THE STOCK WILL NOT BE SHIPPED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE ON THE STOCK. REASON: THIS IS TO AVOID ANY POTENTIAL 'CONSTRUCTIVE POSSESSION' LEGAL ISSUES THAT AN INDIVIDUAL MAY ENCOUNTER.
Only attach the mounting plate to the vz. 61 lower receiver after you have received an approved ATF Form 1. All NFA rules apply!
IF YOU POSSESS THE VZ. 61 PISTOL, MOUNTING PLATE AND FOLDING STOCK, YOU WILL BE IN 'CONSTRUCTIVE POSSESSION' OF AN ILLEGAL SHORT BARREL RIFLE (SBR)! IF YOU HAVE THE MOUNTING PLATE AND FOLDING STOCK AND VZ. 61 PISTOL, CZECHPOINT HIGHLY RECOMMENDS YOU RELOCATE THE MOUNTING PLATE AND FOLDING STOCK TO PREMISES WHERE YOU DO NOT HAVE OWNERSHIP, DOMINION, OR CONTROL. ONCE YOUR FORM 1 HAS BEEN APPROVED, THEN YOU ARE ABLE TO LEGALLY ATTACH THE FOLDING STOCK TO THE VZ. 61 PISTOL.
The vz.61 folding stock cannot be attached to a vz.61 pistol without the approved BATFE paperwork. Attaching this stock without an approved Form 1 or Form 4 results in an illegal short barrel rifle (SBR) - this is a felony.
Extensive gunsmithing is required to attach this stock to a vz. 61 pistol without pre-drilled threaded holes for the folding stock adapter plate. If your vz. 61 does not have threaded holes at the rear of the receiver, then drilling and tapping is required is required by a gunsmith. CzechPoint does not provide this service.
